INCOME LIMITATION

The "Income Limitation" is a fixed is a fixed dollar amount that limits your Personal Service Income in any calendar year while you are receiving a Disability Retirement Benefit from NYCERS or MaBSTOA. At the end of each year, the Income Limitation is established by adding or subtracting the Consumer Price Index percentage increase, or decrease, for that year to, or from, the Income Limitation for the prior year.
