1 Gallon Milk
1 Can of Condensed Milk
2 Containers of Heavy Cream
1 cup of Almonds
1 cup of Cashew Nuts
1 cup of Pista,
2-1/2 cup sugar
3 spoon of Ilaichi seeds
Take the 1 Gallon Milk in a container.
Mix 2-1/2 cup sugar in the Milk.
Boil this milk for 1/2 hour.
Mix the Condensed Milk in it.
Also Pour the Heavy Cream in it.
Cut all the nuts into small pieces and mix it in the mixture.
Add kesar into it and again boil it.
Add Ilaichi seeds into it and again boil it.
Stir the Milk with all the ingredients till it become thick like a cake mixture.
Pour this in a Container, and then keep this container in the freezer atleast upto 7 hours.
Then serve the kulfi with putting sticks into it, and with kulfi shapes cups.
